Once we confirm your trip, you will receive an invoice for your deposit payment, which is generally required within 7 days of the confirmation date. The full payment for your tour is typically due 45 days prior to the start of the tour. Our team will send you timely reminders and assist you with any payment-related inquiries.

Depending on the specific tour, you may have the option to pay a deposit to reserve your spot and settle the remaining balance closer to the departure date.
