3. Book & Get Confirmation – Take your time to finalize your travel plans and confirm your provisional booking within 7 days by paying the required deposit. Once confirmed, we’ll provide you with all the essential travel details, including a detailed itinerary, invoice, and practical information to help you prepare. With everything expertly arranged, you can relax and look forward to an unforgettable adventure.

Payment Information

Invoice and Payment Timeline‍

Once we confirm your trip, you will receive an invoice for your deposit payment, which is generally required within 7 days of the confirmation date. The full payment for your tour is typically due 45 days prior to the start of the tour. Our team will send you timely reminders and assist you with any payment-related inquiries.

We provide a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to simplify the booking of your tour. Depending on the specific tour, you may have the option to pay a deposit to reserve your spot and settle the remaining balance closer to the departure date. Our team will assist you throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction.

• Credit/Debit Card – Make secure online payments using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• Bank Transfer – Direct bank transfers are available for those who prefer traditional payment methods. Bank details will be provided upon booking.
• Partially Cash on Arrival (for Selected Tours) – This option is available for specific tours, allowing you to pay a deposit in advance and settle the remaining balance in cash upon arrival.

Between 10 and 15 days prior to the start of your tour, you will receive all the necessary documents for your trip, ensuring a smooth and well-prepared journey. These documents typically include vouchers, detailed trip notes, important contact information, tickets, and specific instructions to guide you through every step of your adventure.
